Listen to relaxation Music, no pop, no R&B.

Sleep Early, wake up early.
Minimum 8 Hrs or sleep to maximum 10hrs.
Option 3
Imagery and visualization
Imagery those good memory in life's, visualize with happy feel, put all the unhappy stuff behide.
Option 4
Mediation
Option 5
Breathing Control
This is all the 5 option i can give for relaxation.
But i am too stress and too many unhappy past.
I try to work hard & tired myself, so i can stop thinking about my past.
This few week, i am not working, i am bored, that make me think very lonely and alot of my past.
I try not to think about it, but it keep flash on my memory.
I been to too many place in Singapore this few week to relax myself and feel happy. but it don't work.
I been listening to all those sad and love song. But i just cannot get my emotion out of myself.
I also hate to blog, every time i try to blog, are those simple thing happening daily. but went i come across those image that will bring my poor past memory i wouldn't dare to blog.
All my blog is full of sad & unhappy comment and words.
No one understand me, but i understand others. Why, life with care & love by other is more luck, or love & care about others is more happy ?
Single make me more strong in mind year after years. but life's without sharing your feeling with someone is very bad feeling, When you are in trouble no one to ask or to help, all is on your own. the feeling is really very bad.
When you want to cry, you are unable to cry. when you need a pair or ear you only have a pair of ear of your own. When you need caring and comfort word from other but what you hear is your heart is talking. When you are walking on the street you look left, right, front & back but you cannot find someone beside. what you saw is happy people walk in pair and pass you pair by pair. And you start to ask yourself, why am i still walking on the street.
You hear a voice from no where saying that you are not alone. i am with you. that is the lie from your heart.
What i wish is : Tomorrow my life will be better, someone is waiting for me out there some where.
